Always the explorer, she was one to be interesting in what there was to know about the locations she visited. She made her way toward the racks of newspapers, flipping through dates. She looked around at the other patrons, their was an aire to the local populous that painted part of the picture that was this city.
She chose a paper from the previous year, reading about changes the people were handling, and the new face the world was taking on. There was a thick plush chair next to a table and lamp.
"This should be a nice spot," she spoke to herself and she slipped ino the seat, tucking her case under her feet.

Lyra sat near where lenora was chewing on the pencil as she skimmed a thick volume. She was trying to find information so her new experiment, yet was having no luck at all. "Maybe its in another volume." she huffed setting the pencil aside and stood. She closed the volume and rubbed her eyes, and lifted it turning to set it back in its spot and pull another volume.
She didn't pull out a new one right away but ran her finger tips ovr the spines reading them hoping one would stand out. "How am I to do anything if I can not find what I need to start..." she growled turning away.

The newspaper came down from in front of her face, an eyebrow quirked as she watch a lady that looked rather much like one in the article she was reading. Her eyes scanned down, reading that she was a scientist, as well other members of her family. Lenora's interest was certainly piqued. She rose and stepped up near the woman scouring she shelves.
"Pardon me," She stepped closer, "are you Ms. Lyra Badger?" She smiled kindly to the current stranger, hoping that she wasn't mistaken.

Lyra stopped looking at the spines of the thick volumes and turned to the woman who'd spoken. She was shocked hearing the other speak her name but then smiled holding out her hand. "Yes thats me, and you are?" she asked pushing back her hair and pulled out a new leather bound book on quantum physics.

Her smile was wide and bright as she offered her hand in greeting. She enjoyed meeting an aquintance or two in every town she visited. It gave her contacts to keep in touch with the world.
"A pleasure to meet you, my name is Lenora," She looked to the newspaper she had been reading, "I was just reading about your breaktrough last summer. You seem to have been quite the talk of the town."
